Processors who develop/manage the website and software for Teaming Up have access to the personal data. A processing agreement has been concluded with these processors, in which restrictions regarding the processing of the personal data have been included.
Furthermore, Teaming Up uses developers located outside the EU. In order to secure your privacy, we have made contractual agreements in accordance with the European privacy legislation on security measures and obligations that our development party must comply with.
The information and personal data that Teaming Up collects and that you provide to us is stored in the systems of Teaming Up, in a data center in the Netherlands, hosted by Digital Ocean.
Coaches contracted by Teaming Up only have access to the personal data of the applicable coachees.
If Teaming Up comes under a different management due to a change of control (for example, takeover, merger, bankruptcy, dissolution or liquidation), you will be informed of this. The personal data that Teaming Up manages will in that case be transferred to the new manager. This recipient will be obliged to comply with this privacy policy.
Teaming Up uses appropriate administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect all your Personal data and visit information.
We will store your data no longer than necessary for the purposes as mentioned above, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Teaming Up is open for anyone who is 18 years or older. An exception applies to minors, if the parent or caretaker provides us with consent.
When your personal data are processed, conform GDPR, you have the right to request access, correction, and deletion of your personal data and you can object or request to limit the processing. You can also withdraw your consent and request a data transfer. Teaming Up has a procedure in place to handle these requests.
