Below are the terms of use for Teaming Up.
Please read these terms and our privacy policy carefully as they affect your legal rights and obligations as soon as you access and use Teaming Up through our website (teamingup.io).
These terms and our policy are for the benefit of Teaming Up, its directors, employees, group companies, partners and third parties hired by Teaming Up.
If you do not agree with our terms and/or policy, you can simply choose not to use our services.
Teaming Up provides you with insights in your personal preferences for ways of thinking and acting.
You can create an account choosing a username and password to log in to Teaming Up.
When creating an account, you must provide Teaming Up with accurate and complete information, including - but not limited to - a valid email-address.
Please keep your account information private and secure, since you will always be held responsible for any activity on your account. If you find out or suspect a breach of security or unauthorised use of your account, you must notify Teaming Up as soon as you become aware of it.
We welcome you to use Teaming Up as much as possible.
However, we do ask you the following.
Not to post inadmissible content: you agree not to post any inadmissible content, e.g. (but not limited to):
Teaming Up is open for anyone who is 18 years or older.
All IP-rights on Teaming Up are and will remain the sole property of Teaming Up – or, when applicable, of suppliers of Teaming Up.
If you post content on our platform, you will be considered owner of this content and will therefore retain full ownership to this content. In other words, what belongs to you stays yours. By posting content, you give us and other users the right to quote or edit such content (in whole or in part).
Teaming Up invites everyone to use its platform, provided that they - or third parties for them - will not copy Teaming Up and/or infringe Teaming Up’s (IP-) rights – or the rights of their suppliers - in any way.
You may terminate the use at any time, in which case your account and content will be removed.
We reserve our right to end our services at any time, with or without prior notice.
In case of breach of any of our terms we may, at our sole discretion, decide to block access to our services and/or accounts.
We do our utmost to keep all information correct and up-to-date and provide a great user experience. Not withstanding this effort, Teaming Up is provided to you 'as is' and we make no warranty or representation with respect to our services.
We shall not be liable, except in case of willful intent or gross negligence of Teaming Up or its directors.
If we are found to be liable, we will never be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including (but not limited to) loss of turnover or profit.
Teaming Up may hire third parties for the execution of its services, without requiring your prior consent. Teaming Up shall only be liable for any shortcoming of any of such third party, if and to the extent such third party is liable towards Teaming Up and Teaming Up has been able to recover such damages from the third party.
Dutch law is applicable. Any disputes will be submitted to the court in The Hague (Den Haag).
