Below are the terms of use for Teaming Up.

Please read these terms and our privacy policy carefully as they affect your legal rights and obligations as soon as you access and use Teaming Up through our website (teamingup.io).

These terms and our policy are for the benefit of Teaming Up, its directors, employees, group companies, partners and third parties hired by Teaming Up.

If you do not agree with our terms and/or policy, you can simply choose not to use our services.

Teaming Up provides you with insights in your personal preferences for ways of thinking and acting.

You can create an account choosing a username and password to log in to Teaming Up.

When creating an account, you must provide Teaming Up with accurate and complete information, including - but not limited to - a valid email-address.

Please keep your account information private and secure, since you will always be held responsible for any activity on your account. If you find out or suspect a breach of security or unauthorised use of your account, you must notify Teaming Up as soon as you become aware of it.

We welcome you to use Teaming Up as much as possible.

However, we do ask you the following.

• Not to post inadmissible content: you agree not to post any inadmissible content, e.g. (but not limited to):

  • any content contrary to applicable law, regulations or Teaming Up’s terms;
  • discrimination of any kind (racist, ageist, sexist or otherwise);
  • spam, including any comment of a promotional or commercial nature;
  • any content which is infringing a third party’s (intellectual) property rights or which is obscene, indecent or misleading;
  • any personal details of you, other users or Teaming Up’s staff (phone numbers, addresses, etc) without prior consent;
  • files which contain viruses or are corrupt or may cause damage to other users’ computers; and/or
  • any content primarily aimed to discredit a person, service and/or product without reason.
• To respect our ownership rights and those of other users: You are not allowed to reuse other users’ content without attribution or for commercial purposes. In line with this, if you upload or post photos, comments and other materials (‘content’), please make sure that you either own the content posted by you or are otherwise entitled to post the material; and, hopefully we do not have to, but we reserve our right to remove content at our sole discretion. In such case you do not have any claim against us.
• Vice versa, if you are grieved by any such content on our platform or social media channels, please let us know by sending an email to [email protected]. with the following details: the name and URL of the infringer, substantiation of the infringement, your contact information, a declaration of ownership of the intellectual property involved and your signature. We will then take appropriate action.
• Do note, however, that we are not responsible for any such content (because it is placed by a third party), and therefore we cannot accept any liability. Also, since we cannot and will not continuously monitor our platform, we do not guarantee that we proactively remove such content.
• If we deleted your content you can always contact us so that we can see if we can rewrite the content in a different, admissible way and post it again.
• You agree to indemnify and hold Teaming Up harmless from and against any claims because of content you post. This also applies if we – in good faith – use your content for promoting Teaming Up (in accordance with these terms).
• Teaming Up is not an online storage service. We recommend you to – always - download a copy of your personal report and save it securely

Teaming Up is open for anyone who is 18 years or older.

All IP-rights on Teaming Up are and will remain the sole property of Teaming Up – or, when applicable, of suppliers of Teaming Up.

If you post content on our platform, you will be considered owner of this content and will therefore retain full ownership to this content. In other words, what belongs to you stays yours. By posting content, you give us and other users the right to quote or edit such content (in whole or in part).

Teaming Up invites everyone to use its platform, provided that they - or third parties for them - will not copy Teaming Up and/or infringe Teaming Up’s (IP-) rights – or the rights of their suppliers - in any way.

You may terminate the use at any time, in which case your account and content will be removed.

We reserve our right to end our services at any time, with or without prior notice.

In case of breach of any of our terms we may, at our sole discretion, decide to block access to our services and/or accounts.

We do our utmost to keep all information correct and up-to-date and provide a great user experience. Not withstanding this effort, Teaming Up is provided to you 'as is' and we make no warranty or representation with respect to our services.

We shall not be liable, except in case of willful intent or gross negligence of Teaming Up or its directors.

If we are found to be liable, we will never be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including (but not limited to) loss of turnover or profit.

Teaming Up may hire third parties for the execution of its services, without requiring your prior consent. Teaming Up shall only be liable for any shortcoming of any of such third party, if and to the extent such third party is liable towards Teaming Up and Teaming Up has been able to recover such damages from the third party.

• We reserve our right to revise or amend these terms of use at any time when deemed necessary. We advise you to periodically review our terms of use for changes. Your continued use of Teaming Up will be subject to the then- current terms.
• If a provision in these terms of use shall not or no longer be valid or enforceable, such provision shall be deemed to have been replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that is closest to the original provision in terms of purpose and scope.
• If Teaming Up should not always strictly enforce a right under the agreement or these general terms and conditions, this shall not imply that Teaming Up would waive such right.

Dutch law is applicable. Any disputes will be submitted to the court in The Hague (Den Haag).
